Q. What's the Delivery Time of your Tanks ?
A. We can often get the tank to you within a few days of the funds being cleared. However delivery is dependant on factors such as stock (this can be checked on our shop page). Other factors include the courier company and bank holidays etc. Sometimes if the distance and circumstances allow we deliver the tanks ourselves. To get your tank quicker, see the question below.

Q. What's the Fastest way I can get a Tank ?
A. Well the quickest way is to drive over and collect it as generally the tanks are always in stock (we are based in Leicester). This method will require payment by cash or a bank transfer (Bacs).

Q. Do you Ship Internationally ?

Q. How Long do the Tanks take to Heat Up?
A. This is variable as it depends on factors such as how large the tank is, how deep you fill it and what temperature the solution is before the heating process starts. Our gas tanks will heat up slighty quicker than the electric ones although there's not a lot in it. As a general rule of thumb the smaller tanks take 40 minute and the larger tanks 60.

Q. What's the Best way to Heat a Tank, Gas or Electric ?
A. Gas will heat your tank a little quicker and keeps you independant from an external power supply, but it means you have to carry a gas bottle with you (and perhaps a reserve). An electric tank means more reliance on the customers power supply but at least you are not paying for it.

Q. What's a Hybrid Tank ?
A. Well our hybrid tanks offer the option to heat your tank using either gas or electric! So it's a win, win.

Q. What Cleaning Solutions should be used ?
A. We recommend the use of no caustic cleanining solutions. Over time these won't damage your tank, they are also better for the enviroment and more importantly better for you.

Q. Why are your Tanks made of Stainless Steel ?
A. We use only Grade 304 Stainless Steel for our tanks. This is not only robust and strong, but also known for its corrosion resistance and ease of accurate fabrication. Our tanks stainless steel constructions means the cleaning solution can be heated to 100 C thereby optimising there cleaning efficency.
