This portable and extremely versatile professional oven cleaning dip tank really is the only tank you’ll ever need. Like many modern day cars this tank can be powered by two different types of fuel. Yes this is the only tank on the market that allows the cleaning solution to be heated by either gas or electricity! This is thanks to our patented leg design that allows you to slide either a gas burner tray or powerful hotplates beneath the tank. The oven cleaning solution is quickly heated to 100C for optimum performance.  Racks, trays, backplate and glass etc are placed into the boiling solution, in no time the burnt on carbon will be softened so drastically that it either falls off or simply needs wiping away. It's an easy quick practical way of getting yourself into the oven cleaning business (or adding it to an existing business) for a very small outlay.
 
FEATURES OF THIS GAS/ELECTRIC HEATED TANK
 
* Made from strong 2mm (304 Grade) top quality stainless steel.
* Tank is van mounted easily as it comes with its own brackets and legs.
* All the electrical components or all the gas components can be packed away in the tank for ease of storage.
* Has four adjustable latches to keep the lid down.
* Includes a rubber seal meaning the tank can be transported with the cleaning solution in it (No need to empty and waste it between jobs)
* The rubber seal is physically fixed to the sides of the tank  (if it was fixed using adhesive then the chemicals and steam within the tank would quickly loosen it).
* Tank incorporates a quick release 15mm pressure release valve.
* The pressure release valve is fitted higher than on other tanks, this allows you to fill the tank more.
* The tank has a generous depth of 250mm
* 22m gate valve for quick convenient drainage.
* Four  handles, two on the lid/finishing tray plus two on the tank itself. This makes assembly, movement and drainage easier.
* Handles are on top of the lid (not at the sides) so you won't scald your hands when removing it
* Metal handles are clad with red sleeves to aid grip and lower the temperature.
* Lid of tank can be flipped over and used as a finishing tray. This finishing tray has a cut out for easy drainage
* Solution can be heated up to 100C (plastic dip tanks will only allow you to heat the solution to 80C meaning they are less effective at removing the carbon build up).
*The tank is perfect for bio degradable, non caustic safe oven cleaning solutions.

FEATURES OF THE GAS BURNER AND ITS TRAY.
 
* The burner is an impressive 8kw of power
* Burner is suitable for Butane, Propane and LPG gas mixtures. Please note the Gas Cylinder, Regulator and Hose are not included, this is so you can make your own choice.
* The temperature of the gas burner can be regulated.
* Burner Tray is made from the same 2mm 304 Grade steel as the rest of the tank. It's strong and easily takes the weight of the tank. It has air vents so the flame is not starved of oxygen, yet provides a windbreak, preventing the flame being blown out.
 
FEATURES OF THE HOTPLATES
 
* The tank is placed on hot plates meaning there's no element/s in the tank. Elements can get in the way and are not always suited to the harsh sometimes caustic environments they are exposed to.
* The two double hotplates have a massive collective power of 5000 watts for speedy heating.
* The temperature of the hotplates can be regulated.
* Two RCD's power breakers are included or safely.
* Two heavy duty 13 amp 15m extension cables (with safety thermal cut outs) are also included in the package.

During this process it is inevitable that they will pick some small scratches and imperfections. The tanks have also been tried and tested for leaks etc before dispatch.
