This oven cleaning dip tank has been specifically designed for those needing a more manageable manoeuvrable dip tank. Unlike other tanks this one isn't massively large, meaning it can be taken in and out of your van (or car) even whilst the cleaning solution remains inside. No need for a van dedicated solely to oven cleaning, because when the tanks out, space is freed up in your vehicle for other jobs. The tank's simply placed onto the hot plates (provided). This is only possible because of our patented leg and bracket design that allows the tank to slide onto the hot plates for optimum heat distribution. The oven cleaning solution heats to a full 100C. The racks, trays and pan holders etc are placed into the boiling solution, in no time the burnt on carbon will soften so drastically that it either falls off or simply needs wiping away. Four hotplates, two RCD's (power-breakers) as well as two heavy duty 13 amp 15m extension cables (with safety thermal cut outs) are included in the package. All these accessories fit neatly into the tank for easy transportation and reduced storage space. It's an easy quick practical way of getting yourself into proffessional oven cleaning (or adding it to an existing business) for a very small outlay. Alternatively you may have a large kitchen or restaurant and will so can clean your own ovens instead of paying a professional.

* Solution can be heated up to 100C (plastic dip tanks will only allow you to heat the solution to 80C meaning they are less effective at removing the carbon build up).
* The tank is placed hot plates meaning there is no element/s in the tank. Elements get in the way and are not always suited to the harsh sometimes caustic environments they are exposed to.
* An electrically heated tank means there's no need to carry expensive gas bottles
* If you carry flammable gas in your vehicle then this will need declaring to your insurance company who'll inevitably raise your premium.
* Heating the tank on a hot plate means there's no open flame as with a gas burner so no risk of fire or the likelihood of being blown out by the wind.
* If you can't park near to your customers property then the tank can be taken from your vehicle to the property and the work done there instead of continually walking back to the van.
* The tank needs only approximately 50% of the cleaning solution used by bigger tanks, this means it heats up nearly twice as fast.

During this process it’s inevitable that they will pick some very small scratches or tiny imperfections. The tanks have been tried and tested for leaks etc before dispatch. We can often get them to you far quicker than the specified delivery time.
