This large high spec lazer cut oven cleaning dip tank is a must for the professional who takes their job seriously. The tanks generous proportions of 80cm by 60cm means it will comfortably house the components of all large ovens including Aga's and Ranges. The tank is easily mounted as it comes with its own patented bracket and legs design.
The tank is simply placed over the gas ring (and burner tray) this heats the oven cleaning solution to a full 100C. The racks, trays, back plate, glass and pan holders etc are placed into the boiling solution, in no time the burnt on carbon and grease will be softened so drastically that it either falls off or simply needs wiping away.
An immensely powerful 8kw burner is included in the package. This has its own ignition system (so there's no need for matches). It also has a thermocouple for added safety. The burner sits in its own tray, this not only helps support the tanks weight but also acts as a windshield thereby preventing the flame from going out.
These accessories fit neatly into the tank for easy transportation and reduced storage space. The advantage of this gas tank over an electric one is that you don't need to tap into either your or your customers electricity supply. You can work anywhere with the tank as only a gas bottle is needed to power it. This tank is an easy quick and practical way of getting yourself into the oven cleaning business (or adding it to an existing business) for a small outlay.
ADVANTAGES OF THIS LARGE GAS TANK

• The rubber seal is physically fixed to the sides of the tank. If it was fixed using adhesive then in no time the chemicals and steam within the tank would loosen it.
• Tank incorporates a quick release 15mm pressure release valve.
• The pressure release valve is fitted higher than on other tanks, so it can be filled to a higher level.
• The tank has a generous depth of 250mm
• 28mm gate valve for quick convenient drainage.
• The tank drains from the bottom and not from the side, this means you'll drain all the solution from the tank not just most of it.
• Tank has four handles, two on the lid/finishing tray plus two on the tank itself. This makes assembly, movement and drainage easier.
• Handles are on top of the lid not at the sides, so you won't scold your hands when the lid is removed.
• Metal handles are clad with red sleeves. This aids grip and reduces the handles temperature.
• Lid of tank can be flipped over and used as a finishing tray
• Solution can be heated up to 100C (plastic dip tanks will only allow you to heat the solution to 80C meaning they are less effective at removing the carbon build up).
• The Burner is fitted with an automatic piezo ignition so there's no need for matches or the need to move the tank in order to light it.
• Burner incorporates a 'Thermocouple Safety Device' for your reassurance this will cut off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished.
• Burner is suitable for Butane, Propane and LPG gas mixtures. Please note the Gas Cylinder, Regulator and Hose are not included, this is so you can make your own choice.
• The temperature of the gas burner can be regulated.
• The tank is perfect for bio degradable, non caustic safe oven cleaning solutions.
• The tanks legs, burner tray and gas ring fit neatly into the tank for easy storage and transportation.
• Burner Tray is made from the same 2mm 304 Grade steel as the rest of the tank. It's strong and easily takes the weight of the tank. It has air vents so the flame's not starved of oxygen, yet provides a windbreak, preventing the flame being blown out.

Please Note: These Dip Tanks are made of stainless steel and go through a rigorous manufacturing process. During this process it is inevitable that they will pick some very small scratches and imperfections. The tanks have also been tried and tested for leaks etc before dispatch and can often be delivered much quicker than advertised.
