* Twin elements each providing 2500 watts (different circuit required for each). 2500 watts is ideal as they can be used from a single phase domestic socket. Anything more powerful than this requires a commando sockets and changes to your fuse board. That would mean you couldn’t add heat at your customers house.
* Industry leading 50mm of polyisocyanurate insulation. This is an extremely low thermal conductivity making it one of the most efficient insulation materials available allowing you to achieve target U-values with much thinner insulation sheets. it has a declared lambda value of only 0.022 W/m⋅K. In tests the tanks solution once turned off dropped by only 2C an hour, which is remarkable.
* The tank is made from strong 2mm (304 Grade) top quality stainless steel. 
* Tank comes with its own legs and mounting points.
* Twin telescopic struts allows easy lifting of the lid.
* Two RCD’s (circuit breakers) plus two 15m extension cables (with thermal cut outs) are included.
* Lid has a handle and an internal drip plate this allows condensation to drip back into the tank instead your work surface.
* Tank will accept components from Aga's and all other large 'Range Ovens'.
* Includes adjustable latches to keep the lid securely down and prevent rattling during transportation.
* Includes rubber seal meaning the tank can be transported with the cleaning solution in it.

* Large 28mm gate valve for fast drainage. This drains from the bottom, not from the side, meaning there’s no need to swill out any remaining slurry
* Solution can be heated up to 100C. Plastic tanks (and all other metal tanks on the market) only allow heating the solution to 80C meaning they are less effective at removing the carbon build up.
* The tank is perfect for bio degradable, non caustic safe oven cleaning solutions.
* An electrically heated dip tank means there's no need to carry heavy gas bottles. Gas bottles are expensive, transporting them in a van raises your insurance premium.
* Comes with a perforated base covering the elements, which is fully removable for easy cleaning.

During this process it is inevitable that they will pick some small scratches and imperfections. The tanks have also been tried and tested for leaks etc, before dispatch.
